The Director of the Holy See Press Office announces that Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin will travel to Glasgow, Scotland, to represent the Holy See at the UN Conference on Climate Change (COP26).
Matteo Bruni, director of the Vatican Press Office, told journalists on Friday that Cardinal Parolin will take part in the session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
COP26 is scheduled to take place in Glasgow, Scotland, from 31 October to 12 November.
Mr. Bruni said, “I can specify that the delegation will be led by His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of His Holiness.” -Vatican News
